Unarmed Flex Officers work on a part-time or full-time basis providing fill-in hours as needed at various security locations throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Arrow Security, Inc. is a locally owned security company specializing in professional, consistent, and courteous service aimed at deterring crime.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior security experience is helpful but not required.
