Not only was the online training class informative, but it was entertaining in a way that made it truly memorable. The range day was also very enlightening. Bill is probably the most entertaining instructor I have ever had the privilege of being trained by, & the rest of the team was just as great to learn from. They were super helpful with the fingerprint process, & even have a rental service if you need a qualifying weapon. Personally I intend to recommend Arrow to everyone that asks me about certifications, whether it be armed, baton, OC spray, taser, or unarmed. They even have a simulator with countless scenarios for active shooter training.

Had a rough start to the day, ended up taking an uber to the location from Tempe , got there just about 10 min late, thankfully I wasn’t turned away. Super grateful, the class was great. The staff are friendly I would recommend anyone and everyone looking to take renewals to tap in and stop by. 👍🏽

Bill is an Excellent instructor with sarcasm and wisdom you'll quickly enjoy and learn from. He cuts no corners and gives it to you how it is. If that's your speed, you'll fit right in in his class.
